Work Schedule
1. USA business hours: 9am to 6pm
2. Expected to work shifting schedules during 24/7 operations
3. Willingness to work overtime as requested.

Experience and Skill Requirement:

  • Enough knowledge in operating systems, specifically Mircrosoft Windows Server
  • Experience in Zendesk and/or Service Desk
  • Experience in remote access applications (TeamViewer,LogMeIn and Splashtop)
  • Knowledge and Experience in MySQL and other database systems would be an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
  • Soft Skills; Active Listening, Empathy, Call Courtesy, and Proper Phone Etiquette
